That simple failing is enough to cascade a whole triage of ills.
I own that in me, big time!! That's why i'm writing about it.
And young people—even those of us in older bodies—take notice, please. I didn't heed this before, and it would have served me well. Behold and know your shadows, without judgment. Look at them with curiosity, compassion and forgiveness. Be ok w/ your rough edges, and make peace with your follies when you inhale too fast.
Do as best you can, as a sweet way to honor this amazing universe we are blessed to live in. And breathe.
